Sessions

Open sessions are held on the main 3G pitch at Priory Lane, the home of Eastbourne Borough FC, every Monday and Thursday from 1pm to 3pm with a warm-up at 12.30. 
 
Players are organised into mixed-ability teams of 6 to 8-a-side with games lasting 10-20 minutes.

Your first session is free but make sure you have the right boots. 
Screw-in studs are not allowed and trainers are unsuitable.
Shin pads must be worn.
The club provides coloured bibs for each team.
